Description

Our client, a leading global investment management, is searching for a Corporate Actions Analyst to handle the everyday management and processing of all corporate events. The ideal candidate will have great experience and understanding of global corporate actions events.

The key aspects of this role include:

  • Being responsible for the daily activities involving the management and processing of corporate events.
  • Collaborating with internal and external parties for resolving corporate action issues.
  • Driving efficiencies by participating in process improvement and system upgrading.
  • Regularly processing corporate actions data and maintaining corporate action information databases.
  • Being a representative figure for corporate actions in the firm.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2-3 years of experience working with corporate actions.
  • Extensive knowledge of the life cycle of global corporate action events across all asset classes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly analytical mindset to be able to resolve complex issues.
