Description
A global Asset Manager is looking for an Events, Learning and Development Manager to join their team in London on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Global Head of the function, this role offers a great opportunity for growth within the Learning and Development space.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Taking responsibility for assigned projects, such as events, marketing initiatives, or training academies, providing full support and accountability.
- Coordinating with key stakeholders, collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.
- Developing the strategic framework for courses or events, setting objectives, designing timelines, and selecting relevant platforms and tools.
- Overseeing event planning and management, from timeline creation and agenda development to speaker selection and theme design.
- Conducting post-event analysis, assessing key metrics, reviewing budgets, and preparing detailed summaries for senior leadership.
The key requirements for applicants are:
- Analytical with a high attention to detail.
- Highly emotionally intelligent with demonstrable conflict resolution skills and rational decision-making capabilities.
- Fluency in French is preferred.
