Operations Manager – 2/3 Years Experience

A Boutique, city-based Asset Manager is looking to hire an Operations Manager to join their London team. The role is extremely broad encompassing all areas of the business and operations, and is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking to make the next step up in their career.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on the day-to-day back and middle office function for the company.
• Manage and work alongside the operations team to deliver operational functions.
• Support the Dealing, Client Service, Fund Management, Finance and Compliance teams.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years maximum experience in an Operations role as a smaller Asset Manager.
• A Bachelors Degree with a minimum 2:1 grade.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in implementing workflows.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg AIM and Omgeo CTM.
• Knowledge of Python/VBA.
