Product Development Manager

Description

Our client is a global asset management house. Due to continued business success, they are now looking to recruit a Product Development Manager to join their high-performing Product team on a permanent basis.

Reporting directly to the Head of Product, the Product Development Manager will take responsibility for the following duties:

• Manage and coordinate product development initiatives, providing input to the product development process from the idea stage through to launch.
• Work closely with the team to implement new strategies and product changes.
• Monitor and analyse market trends.
• Assist with preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and committees.
• Proactively keep abreast with industry changes and regulatory updates.
• Act as a role model and encourage personal development within the team.

The Product Development Manager will meet the following skillset:

• Minimum 5 years’ product development experience within the asset management sector.
• IMC and/or CFA qualified would be desirable.
• Degree educated or equivalent.
• Experience and knowledge of different fund types, asset classes and investment strategies.
• Solid understanding of ESG regulations and reporting.
• Excellent IT skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communicator and intellectually curious.
