Institutional Client Service – Immediate Start

Description

Our client, an established investment management firm based in the city is seeking an experienced candidate to join their Institutional Client team. The firm requires a candidate who will introduce new initiatives to the team.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop new client relationships and support existing relationships.
• Respond to incoming queries and requests, maintain CRM records, and track client satisfaction.
• Liaise with internal departments to establish a clear line of communications to clients, including assisting with RFPs.
• Work with internal teams to co-ordinate presentations to the portfolio of investors.
• Ad-hoc responsibilities in relation to ESG initiatives within the firm.

Candidate Profile:

• 2-3 years’ experience within client services in an asset management firm.
• Business fluency in a European language. French/German preferred.
• Driven individual motivated to succeed and contribute to company growth.
• Experience working with wholesale clients is desired.
• Team player who is able to effectively communicate across their own and external departments.
