Our client, a boutique investment firm with a reputation for delivering exceptional client service and innovative solutions, is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a unique opportunity to take on a varied and dynamic role, offering exposure to client relationship management, marketing, and transaction support within a highly collaborative environment.

Reporting directly to senior management, the Assistant Relationship Manager will take responsibility for the following duties:

• Build strong, long-term relationships with existing investors, ensuring their needs are well understood and consistently met.
• Support the growth of the investor base by marketing fixed income and equity investment opportunities.
• Manage account openings and liaise with the firm’s platform provider to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Assist in marketing new investment opportunities to clients, including the preparation of client emails and presentations.
• Create content for the firm’s website and professional social media platforms, such as LinkedIn.
• Execute market orders and monitor transactions to ensure smooth operations.

The Assistant Relationship Manager will meet the following skillset:

• Educated to degree level with strong numeracy skills.
• 1+ year of experience in a client-facing role.
• Proven interest in marketing.
• Willingness to work towards a Level 4 RDR qualification such as the CISI Investment Advice Diploma.
