Client Services Executive

Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to join the Client Services team of a leading global Investment Management firm. This position is particularly suited for candidates seeking to enter a position in the lucrative private markets space in an end-to-end role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Day to day point of contact for investors.
• Production of bespoke RFPs; responsibility for the end-to-end process, particularly separate account RFPs.
• Responsible for facilitating client on boarding, distributing welcome packs and reporting information.
• Work closely with Marketing, Legal, Finance and Fund departments to assist with marketing activity and product communications.
• Manage, monitor and streamline document and system management.

 

Candidate Profile:

• 5+ yrs’ working in real estate or finance.
• Excellent capability to execute and handle RFPs.
• Commercial acumen [BD background desirable].
• Strong project management skills.
• Salesforce, legal documentation & KYC procedure expertise experience highly desirable.
