Description
Our client, a global asset management firm is looking to hire a Credit Research Analyst. The purpose of this role is to conduct fundamental credit research to generate investment ideas and provide recommendations to fund managers.
Key Duties:
- Undertake fundamental analysis across the bond capital structure and credit rating universe to generate investment ideas
- Monitor financial news, financial markets, economic and other macro factors to inform investment recommendations
- Produce regular investment notes for all relevant financial instruments held within the fund to demonstrate the rationale behind investment decision-making
- Contribute to the credit investment process through sharing ideas and market information with colleagues
Candidate Profile:
- 1-3 years relevant credit research experience
- Strong academic credentials
- Working towards CFA qualification is highly desirable
- Ability to analyse, interpret and assimilate information
- Team player, results oriented and intellectually curious
