Description

Our client, a global institutional asset manager has an exciting opportunity for an Equity Research Analyst to join a Global Sustainable Equity fund. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team at the leading edge of the sustainable investing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform fundamental equity analysis on global companies and make investment recommendations
  • Produce detailed financial models, valuation analysis and deep dive company analysis
  • Monitor existing portfolio investments
  • Regularly attend company management meetings
  • Assess sustainability risks and opportunities
  • Marketing and presenting to existing and prospective clients when required

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2-4 years equity research experience on the buy-side or sell-side is essential
  • Excellent financial modelling skills
  • Ideally CFA qualified or satisfied to study towards the CFA
  • High degree of awareness or experience in sustainable investing
  • Strong academic background
  • Intellectually curiosity and pragmatic problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communicator and comfortable sharing opinions
