European Equity Analyst

Description

A leading global investment management firm is seeking to recruit an Equity Research Analyst to join the European Equity team. The purpose of the role is to identify high quality companies throughout Europe and make investment recommendations.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct bottom-up fundamental analysis to generate investment ideas
• Develop and maintain financial models
• Lead meetings with management, including site visits and ESG engagements
• Contribute to portfolio management; helping managing portfolio risks
• Participate in wider company investment debates

Key requirements:

• Ideally 7-10 years’ equity research experience
• Preferably CFA qualification
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Naturally strong team player with an eager ‘can-do’ attitude to support entire team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
