Front Office System Implementation Manager

Description

Our client is a leading investment management business. Due to continued business change, they are now looking to recruit a Front Office System Implementation Manager on a contract basis.

The Front Office System Implementation Manager will be heavily involved in the investment business’s strategy.

Reporting to the Head of Change, the Front Office System Implementation Manager will take responsibility for the following:

• Overseeing Front Office systems and implementation
• Delivering a change project related to Front Office investments
• Ensuring the change project is appropriately governed, prioritised, managed to budget and the resource impact on the entire Investment Business is assessed and managed
• Preparing and delivering reporting and analysis on the project to the Investment Director
• Managing the project from initiation to delivery using knowledge of trade life cycle
• Involvement in the entire project scope, including staffing, process and workflow design, systems selection and implementation, and end-to-end testing

The Front Office System Implementation Manager will meet the following criteria:

• Experience implementing a Front Office system within an asset management house
• Knowledge of the trade life cycle, trading processes, regulations, workflow design, experience in trading systems implementation
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• A solid understanding of investment management trends and processes
• Ability to negotiate
• Proven experience in aligning project design and implementation to strategic priorities
