Global Client Relationship Specialist

Description

Our client is a well-established investment management company and one of the world’s largest independent asset management firms, they are looking to hire a Client Relationship Specialist to join their team based in London.

The successful candidate will work alongside a prestigious team – the duties of a Client Relationship Specialist include:

• Acting as first point of call for a client in the absence of a client relationship manager
• Developing and maintaining relationships and sales support to the client
• Providing a high level of technical support
• Attending meetings and conference calls where required
• Responsibility for audit and operational meetings when opportunity arises
• Demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge in areas such as products, brand and services
• Knowledge of the current investment market as well as economic issues
• Assisting with the production of legal documentation, reports and client specific data relevant to the client’s investment strategy

As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will need to meet the following criteria:

• Strong academic background is required
• Experience dealing with external clients and building significant relationships in the investment management industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have a mature attitude and work well within a team
