Description

A leading asset management firm is seeking to hire an Investment Analyst to join their highly respected global equity team. The successful candidate will work directly alongside Portfolio Managers and will be responsible for conducting company analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct company analysis to generate stock ideas for portfolios
  • Write investment reports on stocks analysing their strengths and potential weaknesses
  • Assess the ESG credentials of stocks under coverage
  • Produce periodic market commentary to be distributed to the client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Portfolio Managers and senior investment staff
  • Promote the team’s long-term sustainable vision and focus on the integration of ESG considerations
  • Support the Portfolio Managers with reporting requirements
  • Assist in the development of new tools and systems

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2-4 years relevant investment analysis experience within equity markets
  • Strong academic background
  • A passion for investing and financial markets
  • Excellent communication skills and analytical mindset
  • Good understanding and awareness of ESG concepts
