Investor Relations Executive

Description

A leading asset manager based in the city is seeking an Investor Relations Executive to service their clients. The firm requires a candidate with experience across Investor Relations or Sales Support within financial services to contribute towards the company’s continued success.

 

Key responsibilities:

• Develop new client relationships and support existing relationships.
• Deliver an outstanding client management experience over the phone and via email.
• Assist with conference management and communications to clients regarding other events and activities.
• Assist Sales Team with client updates and performance monitoring.
• Proactively monitor client feedback to improve service and identify opportunities for expansion.

 

Candidate Profile:

• Strong academic background.
• 3+ years’ experience in a client relations or sales team within financial services.
• Driven individual motivated to succeed.
• Excellent oral and written communication, and ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Fluency in a European language is a plus. French/Dutch preferred.
