Marketing Manager

Description

We are currently working with a dynamic investment management house in their search for a Marketing Manager to join their collaborative team.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will take responsibility for the following duties:

• Providing knowledge and leading campaigns, for both traditional and digital forms of marketing.
• Collaborating closely with Sales and Investment teams in order to implement a tactical marketing strategy, focusing on creating impactful content for various channels such as the company website, blog, social media, emails, and offline materials.
• Collaborate with our Marketing, Investment, and Sales teams to create and launch innovative marketing campaigns that drive new leads and boost brand recognition.
• Develop and manage engaging content across multiple channels, including email, social media, web, and print, to enhance brand visibility and reach.
• Craft compelling product stories and sustainability-focused content that showcase our unique offerings and strengthen our brand positioning.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and leverage insights from client feedback and competitors to continuously improve our strategies and campaigns.
• Shape and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our growth goals, ensuring all messaging is consistent, compelling, and on-brand across all platforms.

 

The Marketing Manager will meet the following skillset:

• 3 – 5 years of Marketing experience within Investment Management (or any buy-side institution)
• Excellent knowledge surrounding marketing campaigns and strategic marketing across distribution channels
• Ability to create solid relationships and work collaboratively with key stakeholders
• Knowledge of content management systems, CRM systems, reporting tools and VC systems
