Our client is a growing investment management firm renowned for its innovative solutions and client-centric approach. Due to continued success, they are now seeking a skilled Operations Client Analyst to join their dedicated team on a permanent basis.

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the Operations Client Analyst will take on the following dynamic responsibilities:

• Orchestrating the seamless transition of new clients, ensuring an efficient onboarding process.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to interpret and address specific client requirements, customising solutions to meet unique needs.
• Proactively identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing strategic measures to mitigate risks during the transition phase.
• Employing advanced data analysis techniques to evaluate performance metrics and provide insights for enhancing the client transition process.
• Developing comprehensive transition documentation and providing training to ensure the team is well-equipped to handle future client transitions adeptly.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skillset:

• Minimum 1-4 years’ experience across Operations within Investment Management.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management within the financial services sector, with a strong emphasis on client transition processes.
• Proficiency in client relationship management, showcasing the ability to foster enduring partnerships and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with acute attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the transition journey.
