Description

A global asset management firm is looking to hire a Portfolio Implementation Analyst.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Global Equities desk, aiding the investment process by supporting the Portfolio Manager in implementing investment views across portfolios.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Providing active support to portfolio managers including implementing investment decisions across strategies in a timely manner
  • Responsible for modelling investment views across strategies
  • Managing trade orders, ensuring efficient and timely execution
  • Oversee daily cash flows and manage rebalancing of portfolios
  • Produce daily reports for Portfolio Managers on portfolio positioning and trading
  • Ensure portfolios and funds are aligned with house view and managed within appropriate parameters

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role at an asset management firm
  • Strong understanding of equity markets
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and deliver high standards of work under pressure of tight deadline
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Keen interest in financial markets
