Presentation Specialist

Description

An international investment management company is looking for a Presentation Specialist on an initial 3 month contract basis, working 4 days per week.

Sitting within the Marketing department, this role will be responsible for producing effective global presentations to meet the needs of key stakeholders in the business. You will need to work closely with other marketing teams to ensure alignment of brand and strategy.

Key accountabilities include:

• Produce and update high quality presentations
• Ensure materials are accurate and available for the sales team
• Work closely with product specialists to develop impactful materials for the promotion of new and current products
• Ensure compliance with current regulation on all presentations
• Ensure presentations are delivered on time and show innovative ideas

The successful candidate will have:

• At least 2 years presentation production experience in the investment management industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail
• A strong team player and proactive attitude
• Understanding of investment products
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint. Knowledge of InDesign or similar desktop publishing software would be beneficial
