Product Manager

Description

We are working with a growing asset management firm who are looking to hire a Product Manager on a permanent basis.

Reporting directly to the Head of Product, the Product Manager will take responsibility for the following duties:

• Support the team with reviewing products to establish if they meet regulatory requirements and that remain appropriate for clients.
• Manage and coordinate product development initiatives, providing input to the product development process from the idea stage through to launch.
• Monitor and analyse the target market categorisation of products.
• Proactively engage and provide input into product strategies and initiatives.
• Assist with preparing project proposals and ensure projects align with the relevant policies and procedures.

The Product Associate will meet the following skillset:

• Minimum 4 years’ product development/governance experience within the asset management sector.
• Experience of UK/Irish domiciled funds, vehicles and regulatory regimes, including UCITS, NURS, OEICs.
• IMC qualified would be desirable.
• Collaborative team player with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and IT skills.
