Proposal Writer

Description

Our client is a high-performing, global Investment Management firm that have experienced huge success are now looking to appoint an Proposal Writer to join their collaborative, first-class team.

The Proposal Writer will take responsibility for the following duties:

• Crafting compelling and accurate RFPs for both Institutional and Private Clients.
• Working closely with Marketing and Sales teams to research and create compelling marketing materials.
• Regularly updating and managing the content databases in order to inform relevant internal teams of business strategy.
• Working closely with Sales, Product and Investment teams in order to produce technical and accurate responses.
• Managing the firm’s CRM system, ensuring all data is kept accurate and up-to-date.

The RFP Writer will meet the following skillset:

• At least 1-3 years’ experience working in an RFP role within asset management – ideally with equity and fixed income experience.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, proactively and independently working to respond to requests in a timely manner.
