Description

A global Asset Management firm is looking to hire a quantitative developer to join the Multi-Asset investment team.

The role will provide comprehensive quantitative development support for the Multi-Asset investment team.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Design and manufacture a range of Multi-Asset investment solutions
  • Develop system architecture and infrastructure that will support the systematic investment process and position monitoring
  • Assist in the continual improvement of the Multi-Asset investment process by assisting Analysts carry out quantitative research projects
  • Ensure the analytical toolset available on Fund Manager desktops allows for accurate and informed decision making
  • Help maintain asset class return signals, develop investment tools, and research tools in portfolio optimisation and portfolio strategy

The successful will have:

  • 5-10 years’ work experience in  a quant focused role, candidates outside of financial services will be consider
  • Extensive programming experience in Python, C#, Java, Matlab
  • Strong knowledge of statistics and mathematics to degree level
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, open team environment
