Sales Support Manager

Description

Our client is a leading global asset management firm looking to recruit a Sales Support Manager to join their high-performing Business Development team.

Reporting into the Head of Distribution, the Sales Support Manager will take responsibility for the following duties:

• Provide team objectives and align resources appropriately setting the standard for sales support delivery
• Oversee sales support activity in relation to sales of products in EMEA, APAC and MENA
• Provide input, coordinate and deliver presentations across business teams and new/existing clients as well as attend pre meets and sourcing data.
• Support the Consultant Relationship team by responding to regular and ad hoc requests for information (e.g. monthly and quarter ends fund performance, fund commentaries, request for information questionnaires and updates on assets and strategies)
• Provide research and support for introduction meetings with new prospects via the business development channel
• Take the lead on projects and ensure they are delivered within budget and to agreed timeframes

The Sales Support Manager will meet the following criteria:

• Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to deliver sales support excellence
• Display knowledge of the key marketplaces
• Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and business teams
• Work within tight deadlines delivering exemplary services to consultants and prospects
• Motivated, energetic, flexible, sales driven
• Pro-active with the ability to work independently
