Senior Institutional Client Services [New York]

Description

We are currently working with a leading alternatives specialist investment manager who are looking to hire an experienced Senior Institutional Client Services candidate. This role will be based in the New York office; applicants must therefore have full working rights in the US.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary point of contact for all existing investors: deal with client issues; conduct client review and diligence meetings; oversee onboarding; monitor client engagement and feedback.
• Support the IDD process; assist with RFPs; legal negotiations; collaborate closely with client investment and operation teams.
• Work with Product Management to assist with proposals for strategic partnership and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Specialists on strategy communications and ODD content.

 

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a client-facing and/or sales-support role working with Institutional clients.
• Excellent communicator, able to establish strong relationships with investors and internal stakeholders.
• Spanish speaker highly desirable.
• CFA, CAIA or MBA preferred.
• Series 7 and 63 licensed or ability to obtain.
