Senior Product Structurer, Private Markets

We have recently partnered with a leading global private markets firm seeking to recruit a Senior Product Structurer to assist with continued business growth, especially targeting the wealth market. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate to join a skilled team with a planned roadmap.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a robust and collaborative product research and development process with a regular cadence and framework that accurately reflects the perspective of all stakeholders across the business and client needs.
• Monitor industry trends and market data across geographies and investor types to identify innovative new products that will allow the firm to grow and gain market share globally versus competitors.
• Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Investor Relations, Legal, Marketing, Sales & Operations to best position and market funds across various distribution channels.
• Keep up to date with wider industry standards, developments and regulations, attending conferences and other events where needed.

 

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 8 years’ experience working within product structuring in private markets.
• CFA and/or CAIA certificate preferred.
• Strong entrepreneurial character.
