Small/Midcap European Equity Analyst

Description

We are working with a highly reputable Global Asset Manager  who are looking to hire a Small/Midcap European Equity Analyst to join the team. The role is best suited to candidates with work history in investment research and analysis.

The Small/Midcap UK/European Equity Analyst will take responsibility for the following duties:

• Work closely with the team to present new investment ideas and monitor positions.
• Monitor existing holdings and provide insight into new securities.
• Collate research and bottom-up analysis through engaging with management teams and gathering independent research sources.
• Build strong relationships with others teams within the business to develop awareness of recent events and results in the sector.
• Actively contribute on broader ad-hoc research projects across the team, as they arise.

The Small/Midcap UK/European Equity Analyst will meet the following skillset:

• Between 5 – 10years’ experience in investing, preferably buy side experience.
• Passion for investing and equity markets.
• Currently working towards or have gained a CFA qualification.
• Experience using Bloomberg.
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Intellectually curious with excellent interpersonal skills.
