ESG/Sustainability Analyst (Fixed-Term Contract)

Description

Our client, a leading global asset management firm is seeking to hire a Sustainability Analyst on a fixed-term contract basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in developing and implementing sustainability and stewardship initiatives across the business.

The main responsibilities include

• Produce ESG-related thematic insights on the impact of sustainability issues to support investment decisions
• Build effective relationships with Portfolio Managers across regions and asset classes to ensure ESG integration within investment decisions
• Assist with engagement activities
• Contribute to client pitches, reviews and business development opportunities
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to help develop sustainability content and ensure this is clear and consistent across all related marketing materials
• Attend investment meetings and discuss sustainability topics
• Represent the firm at sustainability industry initiatives and events

Candidate Requirements:

• Relevant sustainability and ESG related experience
• Passion for sustainable investing
• Confident communicator
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to deal with multiple deliverables
