Rachael Brooks

Head of Distribution & Marketing

Rachael initially joined Mason Blake in 2014 through the successful graduate programme. After taking some time away from London to work in the North-West, Rachael re-joined Mason Blake in 2020 and heads up our Distribution recruitment offering.

She focuses on senior level hires in the Distribution area covering positions across marketing, relationship management and business development. Rachael also oversees the management of our contracts division and Product team, typically placing buy-side Product professionals in areas such as Product Development, Product Strategy, Product Management, Product Governance and Market Intelligence. She has a BA (Hons) in English Literature with Creative Writing and a Masters in Creative Writing from Lancaster University.
